- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place needs to get their administrative act together. Since I first applied there they've overcharged me multiple times, have taken weeks, or even months to return my phone calls, presented information in very confusing ways, and so on. Yes, they take many insurances but it's mostly because they want to put butts in the doctors offices, rather than actually provide you health care.April 16, 2017by k hinirchin
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you are trying to get information through a phone call, I'm telling you right now, do not waste your time. Out of the two people that i spoke with couldn't help me at all and made me feel like i was the one wasting their time. They got me bouncing from department to department until i finally decided to call again and thanks to Julia who answered the phone and knew how to respond to the simplest situation ever.
